✅ Target Timeline

We’re still aiming for late July to kick off the Alpha. While we’ve penciled in an internal date, we’re waiting to confirm it 100% before announcing. Expect an official announcement and wave structure reveal next Tuesday, via video and email.

🔧 Current Progress
The game is feeling great on PC, fairly consistent on Android, and still needs optimization on iPhone (Apple’s stricter memory limitations are a challenge). Right now, we’re in polish mode—fixing high and medium priority bugs only. Low-priority issues (like minor visual clipping or lag on specific heroes) will be left alone for now to focus on core stability.

🔍 What’s Being Finalized

  • Core systems: Hero building, gear enhancement, weapon imprints, ability upgrades, and battle flow are mostly functional.
  • Bug fixing: Every day, QA and devs squash bugs across devices. Functionality comes first; polish will continue post-Alpha.
  • Content lock: By this Friday, we’re locking in all content for Alpha to avoid last-minute changes that introduce new bugs.

🧪 What Alpha Testers Will Experience

  • A mostly complete loop of gear management, ability upgrades, and team-building.
  • Unique systems like weapon imprints and divinity mechanics.
  • Alpha-appropriate visuals, with some temporary or placeholder assets still in place.

Our team is pushing hard to deliver a stable, playable Alpha — not a finished product, but a real taste of what Godforge is becoming.
