Fateless Video Recap: HUGE HERO AND EFFECT CHANGES!
In this week’s YouTube video, Simon kicks it off with a teaser of our pantheon boss, Chronos and a reminder to get started in Godforge Quests ASAP to earn your free rewards. We’re also diving into the buffs, debuffs, and disables that shape every fight in Godforge—including new mechanics and refinements since alpha. You’ll hear how staples like Acid (still brutal, and it disables armor sets) and Blaze/Bleed (enemy max-HP damage) fit into progression and boss encounters.
We also introduce boss-friendly “anti-lockdown” tech like Arcane Aegis (limits how hard divinity can be reduced) and Temporal Aegis (reduces turn meter reduction), designed to prevent bosses from being permanently shut down while keeping control tools relevant.
On the utility side, effects like Sharpen/Blunt (strong hit manipulation), Curse (healing + shield reduction), and major survival buffs like Phoenix/Immortal/Ward get clarified—plus a reminder: death-prevention buffs can’t be extended.

We close with a major Hel rework, built around the new Shade disable. Her ultimate now revives dead enemies as Shades (non-resistable), turning them into weapons that join Hel’s basic attacks—but note: this won’t work on bosses/minions, where she instead applies Defense Down II.

If you’re locking picks in Godforge Quests, this one’s worth a watch. 👀
