Fateless Video Recap: BETA IS TODAY! Patch Info, known bugs & more in this video!

Each week, we share a direct update from the team behind Godforge, so you can see what we’re building, what’s changing, and why we’re making the calls we are. This posted last week kicks us off! Beta is here, and we’re walking through everything players need to know before jumping in: access, platforms, rewards, known issues, feedback tools, and what to expect from the build.

The beta went live at 3:00 PM UTC on May 19th, with emails rolling out to everyone who signed up through the Fateless mailing list. Those emails included the ways to play on PC, Mac, Android, and iOS. PC and Mac will use the Fateless launcher, Android access will come through a Google Play Store invite, and iOS will use TestFlight, which has a 10,000-player limit.

This beta is a real test of the game, not just a preview. We want players to get in, play across campaign and dungeons, try the weapons and imprint systems, test heroes, and tell us what feels good or what needs work. Feedback on combat, camera options, storytelling, bosses, imprints, weapons, and hero balance will be especially useful.

We’re also being open about known issues. Some bugs are already documented, including visual issues with imprint rewards, close buttons sometimes not responding, gear selling quirks, Rift issues with multi-battle, some gear set problems, and performance degradation over long sessions. You do not need to report issues already listed in the known issues section, but new bugs should go through the support portal with screenshots or short clips when possible.

There is a lot to explore in this build. Beta includes more than 200 heroes, campaign progression, four Ascension dungeons, three gear and weapon dungeons, summoning, missions, stars, leaderboards, the Gold Emporium, the Ruby shop, and the Riven’s Chosen calendar. Players will also earn Tokens of Valor, which carry forward across beta phases and future tests.

This is the moment we’ve been building toward. We want as many players as possible in the game, testing the systems, sharing feedback, and helping us shape the next phase of Godforge.
