July 23 can’t come soon enough.
With the Godforge alpha launching July 23, Simon just dropped a full preview of the 67 heroes making it into the test. These are the characters you’ll use—or battle—in the Caverns of Chaos, and the roster spans every rarity from commons to legendaries.
While some made it in because they were ready (animations, VFX, etc.), many were chosen to reflect the game’s core mythologies and factions.
A Few Standouts to Watch:
- Lady Xoc (Rare) – A fast-paced slayer with speed boosts that make her deadly in waves.
- Ramses (Rare) – A favorite starter with unique “acid damage” and high utility.
- Leonidas (Epic) – A reliable frontline defender with AoE debuffs and a strong team aura.
- Pandora (Epic) – A disruptor with crowd control potential and visual flair.
- Odin (Legendary) – His ultimate, Ragnarok, can reduce enemy divinity and potentially slay them outright (except bosses).
- Loki (Legendary) – Coming with a mischief-filled kit that’s still under wraps—Check CC reveal videos for more!
- Aphrodite (Legendary) – A team-speed engine who enables combo attacks and buffs turn meter.
- Y Ddraig Goch (Legendary) – A collectible dragon hero that joins your team to fight mythic bosses like Fafnir. Yes, really.
This is just a sample of the full lineup. Heroes span multiple archetypes, affinities, and alignments, with unlockable passives and dynamic kits.
