After 20 years in sales, Simon decided to take a bold step in 2019 and follow his true passion: gaming. He started a YouTube channel that quickly gained a huge following, which led to the creation of the HellHades brand. Partnering with Dan, Simon co-founded HH Gaming, building a go-to resource that became a cornerstone for their community. Their team grew to 18 talented members, making a big mark in the industry.

In 2023, Simon and his team launched Fateless, a game studio built on a mission to create amazing games that captivate and engage players everywhere. Their vision is all about delivering innovative and unforgettable gaming experiences.

Gaming is Simon’s true passion, and he’s excited to bring more fantastic experiences to the community. Game on!

With a talent for building and inspiring teams, Sham is the co-founder of Fateless and the Game Director of the studio. Before teaming up with Dan and Simon to start Fateless, Sham was the CEO at Skeleton Hand, where he led three successful Kickstarters, including the cooperative RPG board game, Raid Boss.

When he’s not crafting epic games, Sham is the Head Coach at Team Ronin, guiding athletes to world competitions in speed, bouldering, and sport climbing. He focuses on mental, technical, and physical excellence, helping climbers reach new heights in every sense!

Whether it’s creating fantastical worlds or coaching future climbing champions, Sham brings passion, creativity, and a whole lot of fun to everything he does.

As an accomplished Marketing Executive with a passion for gaming and creativity, Dan has successfully navigated the dynamic landscapes of both the Digital and Creative industries. One of his career highlights includes building the world’s fastest-growing online gaming brand in 2021, showcasing his expertise in leveraging digital innovation and strategic marketing for remarkable growth.

Now, as the Co-Founder of Fateless Game Studio and Director at HH Gaming, Dan continues to push the boundaries of gaming, creating unique and captivating experiences for players worldwide.

A leader in the financial industry, Gary is the founder of Group One Trading and one of the original investors in the Fateless team. With a long-established passion for the gaming world, he’s currently in the process of opening the largest museum in Las Vegas dedicated to miniatures and tabletop gaming.

Gary’s role on the team is to offer his wisdom and years of experience to help guide the direction of Fateless Studio. His insights and strategic vision are invaluable in steering the team towards success.

A passionate gamer, Gary enjoys playing Raid Shadow Legends and Genshin Impact. Additionally, he has been running a D&D campaign for over 30 years, showcasing his deep love for immersive gaming experiences.

Tim has been creating content on YouTube since 2014, gaining over 1.5 million followers across all channels and platforms. He specialises in mobile games, starting with Clash of Clans and Clash Royale, and is currently active in the hero collector space, covering Raid Shadow Legends.

In 2019, Tim co-founded Aftershock Media Group, one of the largest and most reputable talent agencies and marketing service providers in the gaming space. As an executive in the gaming industry, Tim has a unique expertise in mobile gaming communities, events, and marketing initiatives.

When he’s not working or making videos, Tim loves spending quality time with his son and best friend, Charlie. Tim’s interests include philosophy, history, geopolitics, and philanthropy. He actively supports several large charities, including The Arc, Against Malaria, and the Diana Award, combating online bullying and harassment.

With an MBA and nearly two decades of experience connecting people, leading initiatives, and creating solutions, Mairead brings her energetic blend of strategy and execution to the Fateless campaign. She loves growing ideas, championing communities, and making things better.

An enthusiasm enthusiast, Mairead would definitely roll a Bard character class, known for their fantastic versatility (with a touch of magic).

With degrees in Fine Art, Painting, Illustration, and Digital Media, Dane brings a wealth of expertise to Fateless as the Art Director. He is a skilled figure artist and character designer, with a strong background in traditional animation and storyboarding.

Dane’s unique combination of martial arts and weapon movement expertise adds an extra layer of authenticity to his work. As a fighting game expert, he also has a deep knowledge of live service shooters, MMORPGs, and retro games. With over 30 years as a lifelong gamer and 12 years in game development, Dane’s passion for the medium is evident.

In addition to his digital prowess, Dane is also a tabletop game designer and artist, and he has experience in TV and film comedy writing, showcasing his versatility and creativity.

Dane’s diverse skills and lifelong dedication to gaming make him an invaluable member of the Fateless team.

As an early adopter of console gaming and eventually PC gaming, Dirk has honed his skills across nearly every genre. He especially enjoys games that let him create sweet builds to spend every waking second contemplating and min/maxing.

Before diving into game design, Dirk had a professional career in planning and purchasing for large corporations in both tech and manufacturing. Prior to that, he served in the US Army as a medic. When he’s not working on builds for game characters, Dirk is likely working on his IRL build with lots of running, pull-ups, bicep curls, more running, and more bicep curls—but never leg day (to justify his otherwise unhealthy caloric intake).

Dirk also enjoys spending time with his four-year-old son, taking him outside as much as possible for adventures and to prevent the destructive wrath of an energetic young boy cooped up inside all day.

A seasoned gaming content creator since 2008, Brad has covered an impressive array of games including Starcraft 1, Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, Overwatch, RAID Shadow Legends, Diablo Immortal, and Diablo 4. As a Twitch Partner since 2020 and an official Plarium Partner from 2019 to 2024, as well as an Activision-Blizzard partner since 2022, Brad’s expertise is widely recognized. He has also served as an internal NDA beta tester for Diablo 4 and Warcraft Rumble. A Starcraft Grand-Master, Brad attended MLG events from 2011-2013.

Brad’s favourite game in his younger years was Ogre Battle, which he still plays annually due to its ahead-of-its-time RPG depth. As an adult, his favourite game is Starcraft, which he admires for its revolutionary role as the first e-sport and its comprehensive test of gaming abilities including speed, multi-tasking, intuition, dexterity, strategy, analysis, problem-solving, timing, coordination, and resource management.

Before going full-time with gaming content in 2020, Brad worked in finance and banking. He enjoys hobbies such as sports (mainly golf), gaming, and poker. Originally from California, USA, Brad now lives in Nebraska, USA.

With 15 years of experience in MMORPGs, ARPGs, 4X, and Turn-Based Strategy Games, Paul brings his deep love of gaming into the development of games at Fateless. His core focus is on bringing the experiences that have shaped his passion for gaming into the next generation of games.

Paul has a background in web development, web programming, and solutions implementation. He has created several high-value tools that provide solutions for gaming communities supported by HH Gaming. In his current role, Paul leverages his background to create innovative solutions to game design challenges.

Favourite Game: A die-hard Tolkien fan, Paul holds Lord of the Rings Online in the highest regard. It has stood the test of time and has consumed 3% of the time he has spent walking this earth!

Henry is a UX/UI designer from Portugal with over 13 years of experience in the design world. As a father of four, he understands the importance of finding ways to relax, and thankfully, his job provides just that. His love for games started in childhood, which naturally led him into game design. Henry enjoys creating user-friendly and engaging interfaces that make digital experiences enjoyable. He likes to keep things fun and approachable, both in his work and in life.

Nico is a talented 3D-Character Artist who loves bringing ideas to life and telling stories through carefully crafted shapes and textures. Each model he creates is a blend of artistic vision and technical skill, aiming to achieve the highest quality for everyone to enjoy.

From a very young age, Nico has always enjoyed expressing himself creatively, whether through sports, dance, language, or 2D and 3D art. He constantly seeks deeper forms of communication through his work.

Favourite Game: MapleStory is a game Nico no longer plays, but he enjoyed it for many years with friends back in Peru. The characters, story, art, and music transported him to a magical world every time he logged in. As one of the largest creators in the world of gacha games, MTashed has a unique insight into the world of collector games, spending countless hours engrossed in the community. Describing himself as the “Ultimate Gamer,” MTashed brings extensive experience in various games and a deep understanding of game balance intricacies.

Mike’s knowledge and perspective are invaluable to the Fateless team along with his incredible voice-acting skills that the team hopes to make full use of in the development of games within the studio.

In addition to his gaming prowess, Mike is an extremely savvy business leader in the content creation world, having been a key part of the Mythic Talent team. With over 1 million followers on YouTube and social media, his influence and reach are significant.

Mike’s contributions to Fateless are marked by his deep community insight, business acumen, and unparalleled passion for gaming.

After gaming for 20 years, Suzi naturally transitioned into content creation, starting with Raid: Shadow Legends on Twitch and YouTube. The community around the game kept her invested longer than the game itself, and she soon became the glue of every new gaming community she joined. This passion and dedication led to her current role as Community Manager for Fateless, where she helps build an amazing community with an incredible team.

Favourite Game: The game that really started it all for Suzi was Diablo II. As a teenager, she spent every waking hour playing, mf-ing, and enjoying the grind. While she now prefers a more hands-off style at times, she believes her obsession with Diablo II laid the foundation for her passion for gaming today.

Gaming has been a part of Jack’s life for as long as he can remember. He’s been playing League of Legends, Valorant, and TFT since their release and still enjoys them to this day. His love for mobile games includes Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Raid: Shadow Legends, and New Star Soccer.

When it’s time to touch grass, Jack plays rugby, a sport he’s been involved in for 12 years, representing his County and captaining his team. Jack has been a part of HH Gaming for over three years, starting with covering articles on Hellhades.com and now managing social media channels, keeping everyone up to date on gaming news.

Before his current role, Jack had various jobs managing behind the bar, but he much prefers working from home. Known as the most chill guy, Jack brings a relaxed and engaging presence to the team.

A self-taught video editor, graphic designer, and avid gamer with over five years of experience, Ibrahim brings his creative skills to HH Gaming and Fateless, transforming ideas into visually captivating content.

Ibrahim’s creative journey began long before video editing and graphic design. For 15 years, he was a personal trainer and a musician, specialising in drums and vocals. These experiences have profoundly shaped his approach to storytelling and design, infusing every project he undertakes with depth and rhythm.

He has collaborated with notable content creators in the Raid: Shadow Legends space, including Murderinc, Want2mess, Kizzle Inc., Boomer, Manibal Gaming, and many others. Each partnership has honed his skills and fueled his passion for producing high-quality, impactful content.

With 13 years in the game industry, Mike has worked as a designer, art director, creative director, and writer/director. During his 11 years at Riot Games, he contributed to some of the studio’s most successful cinematics, including “Warriors: Season Start 2020,” “K/DA Pop Stars,” and numerous VALORANT animated episodes.

Based in Los Angeles, Mike leverages his deep love for animation and extensive experience in various styles and pipelines to develop industry-leading cinematic content. And yes, he also has a better-than-average beard.

Jerry’s journey began at 12 years old when he bought his first 8mm film camera. Inspired by visual effects movies and bursting with innovation, he experimented with double exposures, mixing stop-motion and live action, and learning cinematic storytelling in glorious 8mm Kodachrome. Alongside his love of filmmaking, he got his hands on a TI99-4A computer and began making video games for fun.

Flash forward a few decades, and Jerry’s award-winning art direction on the massively successful GEARS OF WAR found him shaping a cinematic world more visceral than had been experienced in a video game up to that date. Jerry loves using cutting-edge tools to present the audience with something they haven’t seen before. His nuanced knowledge of technology and how it can elevate the emotional experience has been a key part of his work for clients such as EPIC GAMES, RIOT GAMES, FACEBOOK, EA, WB, NIKE, GEARBOX, 2K GAMES, QUMU, and METEOR.
